Introduction

Hello! Thank you for checking out the blog here at Self, Health, and Wealth. This is the first blog post of the website, and I am still fairly new at this so there will be improvements coming in due time. Starting next week, we will get into the normal weekly blog posts.

I will be posting one article per week on Saturday or Sunday, unless something drastic comes up. Each week we will look at one of the categories we are working to improve and we will talk about some potential methods to try, some things I have tried, and the pros and cons that were experienced, or at least that we can think of with each method.
