How Do We Do That?
My philosophy for achieving your dreams is pretty simple, focus on small improvements each day. We are going to break up the small improvements into three different categories.
This is the part where we work on our education, learn something that can make us better, do something that can improve our skills in some way or another.
This one is pretty self explanatory. This is where we focus on our health. Whether this be following a diet (or just eating healthy), joining a gym and working out consistently, doing yoga, etc. You get the picture. Everyone knows that without your health, you won't be able to do anything to improve the rest of your life.
This is where you do something to help yourself financially. This could be creating a budget, making a savings account, or creating a plan for paying off your debt. Financial freedom will enable you to do even more in the other areas we talked about.
Putting It All Together
Now that we have the categories, we are going to choosing one thing to improve each category every day. We will end the day answering these three questions.
What did I do to improve my self today?
What did I do to improve my health today?
What did I do to improve my wealth today?
If we answer all these questions, and make small improvements in each of these areas of our lives, we will be well on the way to the life we have always wanted.
